James Young IV graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1994. In 1998, Mr. Young received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert School of Law.

Mr. Young practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage and general civil litigation. Mr. Young is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Louisiana and is a member of the Louisiana Bar
Association.

Mr. Young was named a partner in January 2009.
