Mr. Nader is a nationally recognized lawyer with extensive experience in insurance defense, including complex commercial and personal lines, property and automobile insurance claims, as well as Maritime matters. Mr. Nader has litigated cases involving the “bad faith” and fraud components of insurance defense. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Litigation at Tulane University, where he provides instruction on litigation techniques and strategy, as well as insurance related issues. He is licensed to practice in all courts in Louisiana and Texas.

Mr. Nader obtained his law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1984. He also completed studies and training in trial advocacy at the University of Notre Dame’s National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Nader has authored articles in the areas of his expertise for various legal publications, including the American Bar Journal, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal and as a contributing editor for Marine News Magazine. He is a member of the Louisiana and Texas State Bar Associations, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Advisory Panel for the ABA, The Council for Litigation Management (formally Council on Ethical Billing), the Admiralty, Maritime and Insurance Coverage sections of the American Bar Association, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and the Defense Research Institute.
