Eric Berger was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1995 he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in Government and Classical Languages. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Tulane University Law School in 1999. He practices in the areas of insurance defense, general civil litigation and premises liability.

Mr. Berger was named a partner in January 2009.
